Marandet Saluted By Crossroads League Again
AVON, OHIO – Paul Marandet has been honored for the second straight week as the Men’s Basketball Player of the Week in the Crossroads League.
The former WCHS star averaged 29 points, 7,5 assists and 3.0 rebounds to lead his Spring Arbor team to league wins over Goshen and Huntington.
Marandet, a sophomore guard, poured in a career-high 34 points in a conference win at Goshen. He then had 24 points and nine assists Saturday in a win over Huntington.
Marandet, who leads his 16-2 team in scoring and assists, shot 64.5 percent from the field and was 16-16 from the free throw line in the two wins.
Spring Arbor has won seven in a row.
