WPD Arrest Five After Drug Investigation
WARSAW — The Warsaw Narcotics Unit received multiple complaints and tips regarding Glenn Dutton dealing methamphetamine from his residence. While conducting surveillance of Dutton’s residence officers observed several vehicles leave the residence. One of the vehicles was driven by Aaron Hoffman who was wanted on a Felony Dealing Narcotic warrant. Hoffman was subsequently stopped and was found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.
The second vehicle was driven by Leyon Gilliam. Gilliam was subsequently stopped and was found to be in possession of paraphernalia, methamphetamine and a handgun. A passenger in the vehicle, Holly Hoover, was found to be in possession of a syringe.
Officers served a search warrant on Dutton’s residence located at 417 Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Officers located a 9mm Carbine, ammunition, approximately six grams of heroin, three grams of cocaine,18 grams of crystal methamphetamine, digital scales, $886 in cash and a large amount of paraphernalia. Dutton and Joshua Bradley were apprehended inside the residence.
The following arrests were made:
- Aaron Hoffman, 33, of Warsaw, was arrested on a felony warrant; possession of narcotic, level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor; and driving while suspended prior, misdemeanor.
- Leyon Gilliam, 45, of Warsaw, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine enhanced, level 5 felony; habitual traffic violator – life, level 5 felony; possession of syringe, level 6 felony; carry handgun without license, misdemeanor; and visiting common nuisance, misdemeanor.
- Holly Hoover, 36, of Warsaw, was arrested for possession of syringe, level 6 felony.
- Glenn Dutton, 45 of Warsaw, was arrested for dealing methamphetamine +10 grams enhanced, level 2 felony; dealing narcotic drug enhanced, level 3 felony; dealing cocaine enhanced, level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine 10-28 grams enhanced, level 3 felony; possession of a narcotic drug 5-10 grams enhanced, level 4 felony; possession of cocaine -5 grams enhanced, level 5 felony; possession of syringe, level 6 felony; maintain common nuisance, level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor.
- Joshua Bradley, 31, of Claypool, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine 10-28 grams enhanced, level 3 felony; possession of a narcotic drug 5-10 grams enhanced, level 4 felony; possession of cocaine -5 grams enhanced, level 5 felony; possession of syringe, level 6 felony; visiting common nuisance, misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor.
