WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools students recently attended the Scholastic Chess of Indiana’s Individual Championship event on Saturday, Jan. 13, at Chandler Elementary, Goshen. During the event, students from Washington, Lincoln and Madison Elementary Schools qualified to continue forward to the 29th annual Scholastic Chess of Indiana Individual Championship held at Pike High School, Indianapolis, on Jan. 27.

Students in the sixth and under junior varsity division include Andrew Potter, Lincoln Elementary; Aiden Carr, Washington Elementary; Theo Crabtree, Lincoln Elementary; McKale Hagg, Madison Elementary; and Luke Waters, homeschool student.
