Beaman Home To Host Training Regarding Childhood Sexual Assault
WARSAW—The Beaman Home will be hosting a training on childhood physical and sexual assault and its relation to mental health issues in clients of domestic violence from 1 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7. Training will be led by the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence and will be held at the K21 Health Services Pavilion, 1515 Provident Drive, Warsaw, in the upper level conference room.
This training will focus on the next step in working with children who have been considered silent witnesses to violence. This session has been certified by the Indiana Professionals Bureau. Attendees will receive three continuing education units free of charge.
