Warsaw Community Public Library Announces Adult And Teen Programming For March
WARSAW — Warsaw Community Public Library offers the following teen and adult programs in March.
- The Chess Club meets at 10 a.m. Saturdays in March.
- Off the Shelf Reading Group meets at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 1, to discuss “Small Great Things” by Jodi Picoult.
- The Cookbook Club meets at 11 a.m. Monday, March 5, to share recipes and samples.
- Survive the Oregon Trail with the library’s next escape room series at 4:30 p.m. (teens) and 6 p.m. (adults) Tuesday, March 6.
- Come to Primitive Crafts with Sally Reuter at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, and learn how to make a needle felted chick. Registration is required.
- Drop in Zone begins at 3:30 p.m. (teens) and 5:45 p.m. (adults) Wednesday, March 7. Play video games and experience virtual reality. Snacks are provided.
- Dr. Judson Everitt will share “Successful Pathways from High School to College” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 7.
- The Lake City Piecemakers quilt club meets at 9:15 a.m. Friday, March 9.
- The Writers Club meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 12. Topics are “Luck O’ the Irish (St. Patrick’s Day),” “Start of Spring” and “Easter.”
- Yarn Club meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 13. All knitters and crocheters are welcome.
- Computer Clinics take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, and 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, offering answers to technology questions.
- Pokémon Club holds its inaugural meeting at 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 14.
- Paint with Carl Mosher begins at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 14. Registration is required.
- Board Game Club meets at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 17.
- The Warsaw Artists Forum meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, to discuss and offer critiques on artwork. Local artists are invited to join.
- Afterschool Maker Club for grades 6-12 begins at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21.
- Amtgard Sun Moon Passe will lead a movie and crafting activity at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21. Anyone interested in Live Action Role Playing is welcome to join in.
