American Table Restaurant Announced As Kosciusko’s 2018 Breakfast Wars Champion
WARSAW — The votes have been pouring in to find out who is serving up the best Breakfast in Indiana’s Cool North. Over the past eleven days, Northern Indiana residents and visitors have been voting in each of the seven county Breakfast Wars to find the best breakfast in that county.
Kosciusko County is proud to announce their Breakfast Wars champion as American Table Restaurant of Warsaw, who secured the title of 2018 Best Breakfast in Kosciusko County. American Table will now move on to the regional final to compete alongside the six other county winners, to see who will be crowned best Breakfast in Indiana’s Cool North.
Sheila’s Sweet Treats of North Webster earned the second spot, and Creighton’s Crazy Egg Café & Coffee Bar of Warsaw earned the third spot. The other seven restaurants who competed in Kosciusko County were B-Mac’s on Buffalo of Warsaw, Etna Green Café of Etna Green, Lakes Grill Restaurant of Silver Lake, Odd Fellows Café & Coffee of Pierceton, Syracuse Café of Syracuse, Teel’s Family Restaurant of Mentone, and Theresa’s Delectables Bakery Café in Milford. Congratulations to all participants.
The voting for the regional round will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 16 and will be hosted on the regional website at IndianasCoolNorth.com/BreakfastWars. The regional round lasts ten days and at noon on March 26, we will all know who has been voted Best Breakfast in Indiana’s Cool North. Everyone can vote once during the final round per valid email.
The seven winning restaurants that will vie for Best Breakfast in Indiana’s Cool North are the following: Castaways in Plymouth, Jennie Rae’s Restaurant in Rolling Prairie, Country Corral Restaurant in Shipshewana, Macadoo’s Family Restaurant in Mishawaka, The Golden Egg Pancake House in Elkhart, American Table Restaurant in Warsaw, and Northside Diner in Chesterton.
