Etna Green Town Board Discusses Rental Fees For Heritage Park Building
ETNA GREEN — Business at the Etna Green Town Board meeting on Tuesday, March 13 focused on rental fees for the building at Heritage Park.
Currently, the board charges $85 per basic rental. However, starting Jan. 1, 2019, the price will be raised to $100 per basic rental, and $125 per for-profit rental.
The board compared their rental rates to other park and community buildings, stating that Heritage Park’s is still reasonably priced in comparison.
Etna Green Fire Chief Randall Byrer was present at the meeting to discuss a potential plan for a pole building that would allow more space at the fire station for storing trucks. The board decided that they need more time to think the decision over and will discuss it at next month’s meeting.
In other business:
- The board approved meeting minutes for both regular and executive sessions held on Feb. 13.
- The board approved accounts payable vouchers.
- The next board meeting is at 7 p.m. on April 10.
