Goshen Issues New Paths For Spring Action
GOSHEN – Due to flooding at Shanklin Park, where the Goshen High School varsity and JV softball diamonds are located, Goshen will relocate all home games prior to Spring Break.
The following games will be played at the Thelma Schrock Little League Park which is just south of Pringle Park in Goshen. To access the park, use CR 19 (Greene Rd.) in Goshen and turn east just north of Model Elementary. The softball diamond will be to the southeast as you enter the little league parking lot. There will be no charge for admission.
March 19: JV vs. Mishawaka at 5 p.m.
March 23: JV vs. West Noble at 5 p.m.
March 26: Varsity vs. Jimtown at 5 p.m.
The following games will be played at Goshen College, which is located just southeast of the intersection of College Ave. and Main St. (SR 15) on the south side of Goshen. To access the field, turn south off of College Ave. onto 12th St. This road will feed into the Goshen College Recreation Center parking lot. From that parking lot, the softball diamond is to the southwest.
March 20: Varsity vs. SB Washington at 5:30 p.m.
March 24: Varsity vs. Prairie Hts. – doubleheader starts at 10 a.m.

The March 20 boys and girls track and field meet originally scheduled for Elkhart Central is being moved to Goshen due to the flooding at Rice Field. The March 27 varsity and JV girls tennis match with Bethany Christian has been moved to Saturday, April 28, at 10 a.m.
