Warsaw Man Arrested For Spraining Minor’s Shoulder
KOSCIUSKO — A Warsaw man was arrested after spraining a minor’s shoulder.
Moses Lee McNees, 54, 310 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, is being charged with battery resulting in bodily injury.
On March 10, officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to a report of battery at a residence.
A male adult at the residence stated that McNees was intoxicated and had just battered a minor.
The male minor stated that he had come into the living room when McNees grabbed him by the right arm and twisted it very hard, putting him in a chicken wing hold. McNees would not let go, causing the minor extreme pain.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, the minor began striking McNees until he let go of him. McNees then left the residence.
The minor was taken to Parkview Hospital for medical treatment, and his mother advised that he sustained a right shoulder sprain.
McNees was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on April 10, with a $600 cash bond.
