Officers with the Claypool Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 6:35 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 6900 block South SR 15, Claypool. Officers completed a welfare check on a male subject walking on the railroad tracks, discovering that he possessed a syringe for a legend drug.

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 9:36 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 4800 block North Baldwin Road, North Webster. Officers responded to a report of battery.
- 9 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 6500 block West CR 550N, Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject at a residence.
- 11:33 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2600 block West CR 200S, Warsaw. Officers responded to the report of a violation of a protective order.
- 10:09 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 4800 block West CR 1000N, Milford. Officers responded to a call about a possible underage drinking party.
- 8:49 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2700 block East Lilly Ct., Warsaw. Karen L. Cumings reported criminal mischief. Someone attempted to break into her residence.
- 8:37 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 977400 block Bald Eagle, Cromwell. Amber R. Zollinger reported criminal mischief. Someone punched out a driver’s side window of her vehicle.
- 7:02 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 557800 block North CR 1100W, Etna Green. Irene Black and James Tuholski reported that someone broke into their residence and stole a few items. Money and checks were stolen. Value: $8,040.
- 2:54 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 9000 block East Tiny Tim Lane, Cromwell. Officers responded to a traffic accident that caused over $1,000 in property damage.
- 6:29 p.m. Friday, April 13, 3400 block West Warren Drive, Warsaw. Alexa C. Rivalte Penn reported a fraud over Facebook.
- 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 3900 block East CR 100S, Pierceton. Police responded to a report of issues with a vehicle repossession.
- 11:11 p.m. Monday, April 9, 3100 block East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Cindy J. Poe reported residential entry.
- 4:41 p.m. Monday, April 9, 7300 block West Raccoon Lane, Claypool. Laura M. Perry reported criminal mischief. Someone shot BB gun pellets through her two storm windows.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 1:16 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 600 block North Main St., North Webster. Mary L. Sparks reported a stolen cellphone. The phone was recovered and returned to the victim. Value: $800.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 8:49 a.m. Sunday, April 15, 1500 block East Winona Ave., Warsaw. Jason W. Cole reported the theft of medication from his foot locker.
- 2:23 a.m. Sunday, April 15, 2500 block East Center St., Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of a battery causing moderate bodily injury at the Wyndham Gardens.
- 5:30 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 900 block East Center St., Warsaw. Laden L. Cover reported a stolen vehicle. A duffle bag with items in it was in the stolen vehicle. Value: $1,500.
- 8:43 a.m. Friday, April 13, 100 block Lake City Highway and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Officers responded to the scene of a two car traffic accident. One driver was found to have a suspended driver’s license.
- 5:35 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 4100 block Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Denise A. Kozlowski reported counterfeiting. Value: $500.
- 4:43 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Employees at Kohl’s reported theft of clothing and miscellaneous merchandise.
