Patrick L. “Pat” Miller, 60, of Warsaw, passed away at 8:40 p.m. Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Lakeland Rehab & Healthcare in Milford. Arrangements are pending at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw.
