WACF Hosting A Summer Social
SYRACUSE — Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation will be hosting its first ever summer social Friday, June 29. “The Event” is planned from 7 to 11 p.m. in at the Levinson-LaBrosse Educational and Wetlands Center, SR 13, Syracuse.
The Event is just that, a summer social combining dinner, cocktails and live music, all in a summer setting at the Ruddell Pavilion. It’s an event to join WACF, along with friends and neighbors, in a celebration of summer and lake life.
This ticketed event, $50 per person, is promised to be a great evening with Tapas ‘n Tails. Blu Spoon Catering of Catablu Grille, Fort Wayne, will prepare a “Tapas n’Tails” dinner with a cash bar. HiFi2WiFi, a live band, will provide the music.
The ticket for the evening includes a complimentary cocktail upon arrival and an entry or the door prize drawing. The grand prize includes a stand-up paddle board or a family water mat, or an all-weather Adirondack bench. The prizes were supplied by WACF supporters, Bart’s Water Sports and Polywood. You must be present to win.
Tickets can be purchased online at wacf.com and are also available at the WACF Center, 11586 N. SR 13, Syracuse, or at Northern Lakes Insurance, 201 E. Palm Drive, Syracuse. For more information send an email to [email protected] or call (574) 457-4549.
