Warsaw Parks Offering Free Community Paddle Boarding
WARSAW — The city of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department is offering free Community Paddle Boarding from noon to 6 p.m. Monday, July 9, at Pike Lake Beach.
No registration is required. An annual waiver and rules sheet must be signed by each participant and must be signed by parent for anyone under age 18. Participants under the age of 16 must have a parent in the water with them.
Paddle boards are available for community use. Paddle boards are first-come, first served and may be used in timed increments. All equipment and life vests provided. All participants will be briefed on safety measures prior to paddle boarding. All paddle boarding will be supervised by staff.
Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, sunshine and Pike Lake while learning to navigate a paddle board.
The next Community paddle boarding dates and time are:
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, July 26
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 28
