North Webster Man Arrested For Dealing A Controlled Substance
KOSCIUSKO — A North Webster man was recently arrested after police witnessed him dealing a controlled substance.
Jeremy Ray Weaver, 38, 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, is being charged with dealing a schedule IV controlled substance, a level 6 felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor.
On June 14, an officer with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department witnessed Weaver dealing a controlled substance. Weaver sold 14 pills of Lorazepam.
Weaver was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on July 28, with a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
