Sally S. White
Sally S. White, 85, Warsaw, passed away at 7:37 p.m., Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, in her residence. She was born Dec. 23, 1932, in Warsaw to Lawrence L. and Alice (Overdeer) Siders.
She was a lifetime resident of Warsaw. On March 2, 1952, she was united in marriage to George L. White in Warsaw; he preceded her in death on June 13, 2014. She worked as a Personal Assistant at Rodeheaver Publishing Company. She was a member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, as well as the Tippecanoe Lake Country Club and Tri Kappa. In addition, she was a volunteer for United Way and Easter Seals. She was a long time Blood Donor and Mobile Meals Driver as well.
She is survived by her daughters: Nancy Valdiserri, Indianapolis; Joyce (John) Wayhart, Wheaton; grandchildren: Kristen, Jenna and Stephen Valdiserri and Kathryn, Jordan, and Joseph Wayhart; great grandson: George Moorehead, also survives. She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother, William B. Siders (in 1992).
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 23, in St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, Warsaw. The Reverend Canon Richard Kallenberg will officiate the Celebration. Interment will be in St. Anne’s Episcopal Church Columbarium, Warsaw.
