Milford Public Library Now Offering Digital Magazines Through OverDrive
MILFORD — Milford Public Library is proud to offer you best-selling and special interest magazines available 24/7 from the library’s digital collection, https://cidc.overdrive.com/library/magazines, or by downloading the OverDrive app on any device.
Digital titles can be enjoyed immediately on your computer, tablet, smartphone or eReader in your web browser or on the OverDrive app. No matter how you plan to enjoy, titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. There are no late fees.
Magazine issues are always available, are available for unlimited checkouts, and can be renewed.
With 50 titles to choose from, this magazine collection is guaranteed to have something for everyone. You can enjoy lifestyle magazines like Cosmopolitan, O, The Oprah Magazine, Elle, Seventeen and Country Living. Try out a new recipe with Simple & Delicious, Clean Eating, Taste of Home and Food Network Magazine. Tackle your latest project with Popular Mechanics, HGTV Magazine, Crochet World and Simply Knitting.
“Everyone will find something they love with this new collection,” said library clerk Kaitlyn Arford. “It’s perfect for anyone on the go.”
This new collection is free with your library card. Residents of East Jefferson and Van Buren townships and students at Milford School who are ages six and older can get a library card for free. For non-residents, the cost of a Milford Public Library card is $56. To get a library card, bring in two forms of ID (such as a photo identification card and another document with your name and current address) and fill out an application at the adult circulation desk.
