WARSAW — The Warsaw Police Department has received approval to hire Jordan E. Roberts and Justin A. Lewis as probationary patrol officers. 

Roberts is a graduate of Leo High School and attended IPFW where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in public affairs. He is a 2013 graduate of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. Roberts formerly worked for Warsaw Police Department from 2012 to 2017. He spent the last year as a deputy for Well’s County Sheriff’s Department.  

Lewis is a Manchester High School graduate and is a graduate of Ball State University. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree in December 2017. He is is a current member of the Indiana Army National Guard serving as an intelligence analyst.  

Roberts is scheduled to begin work on Sept. 23, 2018, and Lewis will start on Oct. 7, 2018, respectively. The two new hires are replacing vacated positions.
