Lutheran Health Network KCH Names Jae Dale CEO
WARSAW — The Kosciusko Community Hospital Board of Trustees has selected Jae Dale, MBA as its new chief executive officer effective Oct. 15.
Dale brings over 20 years of hospital administration experience to KCH.
For the past seven years, Dale has served as the chief executive officer of Oro Valley Hospital in Tucson, Ariz., where he provided operations oversight and led strategic initiatives. He has also served in executive leadership roles with several California health care systems and has a deep knowledge of operations, strategic planning, physician collaboration and business development.
“Jae brings over two decades of hospital administration experience, as well as a deep understanding of the tremendous changes occurring across the healthcare landscape,” said Lutheran Health Network Chief Executive Officer Mike Poore. “He is a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring that outstanding patient care is being delivered. Jae has a strong focus on quality and patient safety which are priorities across Lutheran Health Network.”

Dale received his MBA with distinction from California State University and his undergraduate degree in hospital administration from Concordia College, Minn.
