Lakeview Competes In State Meet
CARMEL – Lakeview’s middle school cross country teams ran with some of the top clubs in the state Saturday in Carmel.
The Tiger boys placed 23rd out of 33 teams while the girls were 17th out of 27 teams.
The Lakeview girls had three runners place in the top 50, led by Rylee Burns’ time of 12:00.7. Just behind was Josefina Rastrelli in 43rd at 12:03.4 and Mikayla Mimnaugh in 47th at 12:06, both times personal records. Lucy Henn also set a PR with her time of 13:07.6.
Garrett Hall had the best time for the boys team with a 11:06.7, which landed him 89th overall in the field. Edward Robison had a 11:17, Levi Perry a 11:22 and Bryce Duncan a 11:28 as the team’s top four. Andrew Potter added a PR of 11:53.
