WINONA LAKE – The Town of Winona Lake has been working diligently to engage as many residents as it can on what those citizens imagine Winona Lake to be in 2030. This effort is crucial for the development of the town’s first comprehensive plan. This has been done through collecting community feedback at pop-up locations and through an online survey.

To date, the town has engaged more than 600 people at pop-up locations and nearly 100 people have participated in the Imagine Winona Lake Survey. Town officials announced a last chance to take the survey and reported the town needs everyone who lives, works, shops, and entertains in Winona Lake to take the survey by Oct. 31. The survey is available at https://tinyurl.com/ImagineWinonaLakeSurvey.

The comprehensive plan will serve as the town’s guiding policy document to engage its community and create a long-term vision, address the community challenges, and create solutions that offer better choices for where and how people will live, work, move, and play in Winona Lake.
