Warsaw Man Arrested For Domestic Battery In The Presence Of A Minor
WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested for a domestic battery incident that occurred in June.
Arnold Arnell Frantz, 35, 1103 N. Santorini Drive, Warsaw, is being charged with domestic battery in the presence of a child, a level 6 felony, and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On June 24, a female advised that Frantz came home and began arguing with her. According to the female, he began flipping rubber bands, which were hitting her in the face, from across the room. When she asked Frantz to stop, the arguing continued. The female told an officer with the Warsaw Police Department that Frantz then punched her in the face, causing pain. A minor was present when the battery occurred.
The officer then spoke with the minor, who advised that Frantz and the female were arguing and that Frantz punched the female in the face. The child further advised that the female slapped Frantz in the face and that Frantz pushed the females face and broke her cell phone.
Frantz was booked on a warrant into the Kosciusko County Jail on Nov. 7, with a $10,250 surety and cash bond.
