KOSCIUSKO — The National Weather Service of Northern Indiana has declared a winter weather advisory for Kosciusko and surrounding counties. The advisory is in effect until noon today, Nov. 15.

Expect snow, possibly mixed with sleet at times. Total accumulations of 1 to 3 inches expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute. Conditions will improve this afternoon.
