First bad weather of the winter season hit Michiana Thursday morning. With it came school closings, and the consequent moving around of ball games.

Triton’s girls basketball game for tonight at home against Plymouth was moved to Friday at Triton. The game is set to start at 6 p.m. The Triton junior high games were still TBD as of 11 a.m.

Lakeland Christian Academy’s home girls basketball game against Lakewood Park is now a 6 p.m. start at LCA.

Wawasee announced its freshman boys basketball game against Central Noble for Nov. 29 has been moved to Dec. 21. All five Wawasee basketball teams – three boys and two girls – will all play at Central Noble that day.

NorthWood’s middle school boys basketball games will still be played as scheduled at Northridge.

Wawasee’s boys basketball scrimmage with Wabash has been moved from Thursday to Friday.
