NORTH WEBSTER — Lakeland Kiwanis will host an “Evening Among the Trees” from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the North Webster Community Center.

Decorated Christmas trees, sponsored by businesses and individuals, will line the halls of the center. Each tree has a donation candy cane slot for visitors to place a cash donation to their favorite sponsor or decorated tree.

Proceeds from the sponsored trees goes to Riley Children’s Hospital. Money received from voters will go to the Kosciusko County Riley fund to help families.

Bring the kids along as Santa will be there. Visitors to the event will also find cookies, hot chocolate, coffee and other items.

Entertainment will be provided by Chain of Lakes Barbershop and the Living Word.
