Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
12:04 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, South SR 15, south of West Union Street, Warsaw. Driver: Geraldine Rosas, 50, South Cockburn Street, Indianapolis. Rosas was traveling north on SR 15 when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
8:23 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, West Crystal Lake Road, west of South CR 650W, Warsaw. Driver: Amie R. Rogers, 46, East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Rogers was traveling east on Crystal Lake Road when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $2,500.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
6:25 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, West US 30, near North CR 150W, Warsaw. Drivers: Jose R. Reyes-Martinez, 45, North CR 175E 168, Warsaw; and Matthew A. Czerniewski, 36, Main Street, Morris, Ill. Reyes-Martinez was traveling east on US 30 and attempted to turn left when he turned in front of Czerniewski’s vehicle. The left turn lane for east bound traffic had a red arrow. Damage up to $10,000.
10:52 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, SR 15, south of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Derek C. Schrock, 22, 329 Meadows, Nappanee; and Brandon J. Williams, 25, North SR 13, Syracuse. Williams’ vehicle was stopped in traffic when Schrock’s vehicle rear-ended his. Damage up to $2,500.
