New Task Force Arrests Four In Kosciusko County
KOSCIUSKO — There is a new force combatting drugs in Kosciusko County called NET 43.
This is a multi-jurisdictional task force made up of members of the Indiana State Police, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw Police Department, and Winona Lake Police Department.
An investigation that started from a citizen complaint ultimately led to a search warrant being served at 121 E. Main St., Atwood, around noon yesterday, Feb. 27. This warrant resulted in the seizure of marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
Ryan Truex-Volitch, 28, Atwood, was arrested for preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and visiting a common nuisance.
Robin Truex, 56, Atwood, was arrested for a preliminary charge of visiting a common nuisance.
Mandy Fleming, 43, Mishawaka, was arrested for preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance. Fleming also was arrested for an active warrant out of St. Joseph County.
Also arrested as a result of this investigation was Ronald Truex, 55, Atwood. Truex was arrested for preliminary charges of habitual traffic violator-life, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a synthetic drug or lookalike substance, and maintaining a common nuisance.
All arrested were taken to the Kosciusko County Jail.
