Bell Memorial Public Library Has Part-Time Employment Opportunity
MENTONE — Bell Memorial Public Library has a part-time employment opportunity.
The library has a part-time position available, 15 hours or less, that is perfect for students. Library clerks do a small amount of many jobs around the library such as answering the telephone, making photocopies, sending and receiving faxes, checking in and out library materials, putting away and retrieving materials for library patrons. Computer or library experience is not required. Customer service and satisfaction is the library’s main goal and that is what the library trains employees to deliver. Please contact Stephen Boggs, library director, at (574) 353-7234 or via e-mail at [email protected] for more information.
Be on the lookout for these new DVDs: “The Happytime Murders,” “Colette,” “God Bless this Broken Road,” “The Wife,” “Tea with the Dames,” “The Old Man and the Gun,” “A Simple Favor,” “Tidal Wave,” “His Girl Friday” and “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

Stories to be read are “The Cat in the Hat” by Dr. Seuss and “Imagine That: How Dr. Seuss Wrote the Cat in the Hat” by Judy Sierra. Children can make a cat in the Hat mask for their craft.
The library has many popular television series, both new and old, on DVD that are available for check-out. Patrons must have a library card to check out items. The library currently has “How I Met Your Mother,” “House,” “I Love Lucy,” “Joanie Loves Chachi” and “John from Cincinnati” available.
