IWU Escapes NAIA First Round
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Defending NAIA champs Indiana Wesleyan escaped an upset bid in the first round of the NAIA Division II Men’s Basketball National Championships Wednesday.
Wesleyan fended off Washington Adventist (Md.) 87-81 in the opening round of the tournament, which began Wednesday. A look at the regional teams that were in action are shown below.
