KOSCIUSKO — Reserve Deputy Justin Braden escaped serious injury around midnight, Saturday, April 20, when his patrol vehicle was struck on Winona Avenue. Deputy Braden was responding to assist the Winona Lake Police Department, at the time of the collision. Deputy Braden was treated and released from the hospital.

The driver of the other vehicle refused medical treatment. The crash remains under investigation by the Warsaw Police Department.
