WARSAW — Indianapolis-based The Indigos brought their brand of funk favorites and creative original compositions to Warsaw Friday night, May 24 at Central Park to kick off the beginning of the Lakes Festival.

The seven piece band of young and talented musicians, most, if not all who met while attending college at Ball State University, used superior musicianship and energetic showmanship to entertain the crowd at Central Park’s fountain plaza, signaling the symbolic beginning of the Warsaw Parks & Recreation Department’s summer activities.
