9/11 Memorial Remembrance Committee To Hold 18th Commemoration
WARSAW — Members of the 9/11 Memorial Remembrance Committee will host its 18th commemoration of the tragedies of Sept. 11, 2001, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Center Lake Pavilion.
The featured speaker this year is Tinisha Weigelt, district director for Congressman Jim Banks, who represents a part of Kosciusko County in Washington, D.C.
Weigelt will convey Congressman Banks’ thoughts and experiences since 9/11, as an officer in the Armed Forces and as a Congressman. Following the program in the pavilion, the group will adjourn to the memorial in front of Center Lake Pavilion for a moment of silence and closing prayer.
This is an opportunity to show that you haven’t forgotten.
