Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accidents:

2:36 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, North Huntington Street, near West Main Street, Syracuse. Drivers: Chad A. Genth, 47, Decamp Avenue, Elkhart; and Medardo F. Pena, 50, East Wizard of Oz Way, Cromwell. Genth was traveling south on North Huntington Street and attempted to make a left turn onto East Main Street when he struck Pena’s vehicle. Damage under $750.                

4:50 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, South Huntington Street, north of East Bowser Road, Syracuse. Drivers: Eric R. Bontrager, 19, West CR 650S, Topeka; and Raele H. Hoffhein, 19, North Syracuse Webster Road, Syracuse. Bontrager was traveling north on South Huntington Street when he rear-ended Hoffhein’s vehicle. Damage up to $1,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 900 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Driver: Tushar Jain, 32, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Jain was parking his vehicle when his vehicle drove over a curb, colliding with a concrete step and metal hand rail. Jain complained of back pain as a result of the accident. Damage up to $2,500.
