Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

1:33 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, East Washington Road, near East Pierceton Road, Pierceton. Driver: John A. Neely, 25, Lark Lane, Warsaw. Neely was traveling west on East Pierceton Road when a deer ran into the side of his vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

8:23 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, East CR 200N, west of Vicky Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Pamela A. Crace, 51, Oldfather Street, Warsaw. Crace was traveling east on East CR 200N when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $2,500.

6:58 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, West SR 25, near South CR 800W, Mentone. Driver: Jeremiah D. Rhodes, 20, North Broadway Street, Mentone. Rhodes was traveling west in the area of South SR 25 and South CR 800W when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $10,000.

5:05 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, East Van Buren Street, near North Harrison Street, Leesburg. Drivers: Jordon R. Snoke, 28, East Raintree Road, Warsaw; and Ezra L. Miller, 50, North Harper Road, Leesburg. Snoke was turning left onto Van Buren Street when he struck Miller’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

10:24 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, West CR 800N, west of North CR 425W, Leesburg. Driver: Haiden A. Evans, 22, West CR 825N, Leesburg. Evans was traveling east on CR 800N when a deer entered the roadway. This caused Evans’ vehicle to crash into a tree on the south side of the roadway. Evans complained of face and neck pain but refused treatment at the scene. Damage up to $10,000.

9:48 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, North Old Road 15, south of East CR 575N, Warsaw. Driver: Cesar Lara-Acosta, 18, North Old Road 15 42, Warsaw. Lara-Acosta was traveling north on Old Road 15 when his vehicle left the roadway, striking an REMC utility pole. No injuries were reported in the crash. Damage up to $25,000.

2:35 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, South Country Club Road, near CR 300S, Warsaw. Drivers: Thomas D. Rapp, 78, North CR 875W, Etna Green; and Richard L. Clark, 61, East CR 450S, Warsaw. Rapp was traveling west on CR 300S when he pulled into the path of Clark’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage up to $25,000.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

5:57 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14, US 30, west of East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Heather E. Weissert, 41, 12B Road, Bourbon. Weissert was traveling east on US 30 when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.

6:03 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, US 30, west of North CR 150W, Warsaw. Drivers: Tyson J. Montague, 28, East Center Street B., Warsaw; and Douglas J. Abramowski, 51, Bittersweet Lake Court, Fort Wayne. Montague was traveling east on US 30 when he changed lane of travel. As he did so, he struck Abramowski’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

10:12 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, South Scott Street, near East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Claudio Guzman, 22, Frazier Street, Warsaw; and Betty A. Hall, 75, East Old Road 30, Pierceton. Guzman was traveling south on South Scott Street when he turned left onto East Winona Avenue. As he did so, he struck Hall’s vehicle. Hall complained of back pain due to the accident but refused treatment at the scene. Damage up to $5,000.

12:12 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 3100 E. Center St., Warsaw. Driver: unknown. A vehicle registered to Jaytindra C. Patel, Warsaw, was parked and unoccupied when it was rear-ended by an unknown driver. Damage up to $2,500.

10:05 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, Detroit Street, north of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Kay E. Lingofelter, 74, East CR 225S, Warsaw; and Miguel A. Rodriguez Valencia, 32, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Rodriguez Valencia was traveling north on Detroit Street when Lingofelter’s vehicle merged into the right lane of travel, striking his vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

2:54 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, US 30, east of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Drivers: Kaylee A. Brubaker, 21, East CR 1000N, North Manchester; and Steven N. Heaston, 45, North CR 650E, Ossian. Brubaker was traveling east on US 30 when she rear-ended Heaston’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage up to $10,000.

1:53 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, US 30, west of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Judy L. Blackburn, 72, North CR 950W 92, Pierceton; and Nicholas E. Johnson, 32, Oak Patch Road, Eugene, Ore. Blackburn was traveling west on US 30 when she rear-ended Johnson’s vehicle. Blackburn and Johnson both complained of chest pain from the accident but refused treatment at the scene. Damage up to $25,000.

1:40 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, North Detroit Street, north of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Anna G. Gervasi, 18, Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw; Travis H. Smith, 35, Dot Street, Warsaw; and Marco A. Hernandez, 36, Jean Street, Winona Lake. Gervasi was traveling south on North Detroit Street when she rear-ended Smith’s vehicle. This caused Smith’s vehicle to rear-end Hernandez’s vehicle. Gervasi complained of head pain and was examined by EMS at the scene. Damage up to $5,000.

12:10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, North Detroit Street, north of Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Debbie L. Murphy, 47, North Gettysburg Court, Warsaw; and Benito Flores, 43, Anchorage Road 57, Warsaw. Murphy attempted to turn south on Detroit Street from a parking lot when she struck Flores’ vehicle. Murphy complained of neck pain and was evaluated by EMS at the scene. Damage up to $5,000.

9:24 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, South Detroit Street, near East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Norman B. Bennett, 67, East CR 25N, Knox; and Darian T. Dotson, 22, West Wells Street, Silver Lake. Bennett was traveling south on South Detroit Street when his vehicle slid due to wet road conditions, causing his vehicle to collide head-on with Dotson’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
