Pets Of The Week
PIERCETON — Pets of the Week are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League, located at 1048 S. CR 325E, Pierceton.
Buster
We like big mutts and cannot lie. You other puppers can’t deny. When a dog walks in as big as a horse, of course you get really excited to pet a doggo. Buster is a four-year-old, neutered, male Alaskan Husky/Labrador mix with a cream coat and 110 pounds of goodness. He has one blue eye and one brown eye that watches the world with curious wonder. When he arrived at the AWL, he tested positive for heartworms and we were grateful to get him treatment for them. Now he is ready for a “furever” family.
Buster enjoys going for walks and getting lots of cuddles and attention. Buster is a gentle giant that has done well with children and other dogs. Due to his size and strength he will need a strong adopter to take a leadership role and help him maintain his current training and manners. Come meet Buster today!
Buster’s adoption fee is $130.
Roger
This cat is big; this cat is chunky. This cat is round; this cat is plumpy. We like his style; he’s pretty funky. His name is Roger and he is chunky. Roger is a three-year-old, neutered, male domestic shorthair mix. His coat is a mixture of brown and black stripes with a white patch under his chin and white paws. He is a whopping 20 pounds of sweet and friendly snuggliness. Roger enjoys relaxing in a comfy chair while receiving lots of head scratches and belly rubs. He would make a “purrfect” pet for any family or individual. If you have other pets, he would like to meet them. Come visit Roger today!
Roger’s adoption fee has been reduced to $25.
