Garould had a love for all things known, unknown and odd. Garould had a bravery for the world unlike anyone else. That bravery guided him through his fight against cancer. His determination, radiant personality and love of music made his battle seem easy. Though his physical body was damaged by the disease, cancer did not win the war. Daily, Garould embraced the physical pain and exhaustion by praising God and giving thanks for His grace. Garould’s spirit was never broken nor did it stop him from showing love and mercy toward his family and friends. His cancer lost the battle when the trumpets called him home to reveal truth to all his inquiries and curiosities by placing him on the streets made of gold. Garould carried a bright energy through life that touched the hearts of many. For years he lived a fast and wild life to later journey into a life of love and loyalty with Christy and an acceptance of the Lord that guided him through the rest of his earthly journey. Any and all that were touched by Garould are welcome to join his family and friends in his celebration of life.
