Warsaw Woman Arrested After Two NET43 Controlled Drug Purchases
WARSAW — A Warsaw woman was recently arrested after dealing more than 9 grams of methamphetamine to an undercover officer with the NET43 Drug Task Force.
Lyndsey Leigh Evans, 42, 111 E. High St., Warsaw; also showing an address of 2494 N. Grandview Drive, Warsaw, is charged with dealing in methamphetamine, a level 3 felony; dealing in methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
On July 16, the NET43 Drug Task Force made a controlled purchase of 3.5 grams of methamphetamine from Evans in Kosciusko County.
According to court documents, NET43 also made a controlled purchase of 5.6 grams of methamphetamine from Evans on July 17.
Evans was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Nov. 16, with a $20,250 surety and cash bond.
