WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools’ sixth, seventh and eighth-grade bands will present their Winter Concert at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, in the Lakeview Middle School auditorium.

Admission is free and the public is invited to attend. WCS will be accepting canned food donations at the door for the community.

The concert will feature performances by the sixth and seventh grade beginning band, which is comprised of sixth-grade students from all Warsaw elementary schools and the combined Edgewood and Lakeview seventh and eighth-grade bands. The bands will perform such holiday favorites as “Let It Snow,” “Trepan from the Nutcracker,” “Jolly Old St. Nicholas,” “Santa Claus is Coming To Town” and many others. The bands will end with their traditional sing-a-long of “Silent Night.”

The program is under the direction of Joseph Peloza.
