Lego Club Returning To Bell Memorial Public Library
MENTONE — Lego Club and more happening at Bell Memorial Public Library.
Lego Club is returning to Bell Memorial Public Library as an afterschool program, said a news release from Bell Memorial Public Library. The first meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 4 – 5:30 p.m.
The library invites crafters to attend its Creative Corner, Tuesday, Jan. 21 from 5 – 7 p.m. This month crafters will make Valentine’s wreaths designed to look like a box of chocolates. All materials needed will be supplied. The cost is $5 per person. Creative Corner is for adults only, ages 18 and up. Teen Book Club will be meeting Tuesday, Jan. 21, 4:30 – 6 p.m. Decisions about reading material will be discussed at the meeting. If interested in signing up or for further information, please contact Natalie Salazar at (574) 353-7234.

Axis 360 gives library users the ability to search, browse, and discover eBooks and/or digital audiobooks available for lending through their public library with ease. Designed to provide a mobile experience for users of the Axis 360 digital media library, the Axis 360 app lets you sync with your local library’s digital collection, allowing you to check out materials in a user interface optimized for your device. The free app allows you to browse, check out, and read eBooks or listen to audiobooks in a single app. You do have to have a valid library card in order to use the service. Story Hour is scheduled for Friday, Jan 24, 10 a.m. It will take place in the library’s Young Adult room. The theme for this week is “Melted Snowmen.” Story to be read will be: “Sneezy the Snowman” by Maureen Wright. Children’s craft project will be making a melted snowman.
