Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

6:16 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, South CR 400E, south of East Cr 900S, Sidney. Driver: Linnette J. Rivera, 36, South CR 300E, Claypool. Rivera was traveling north on CR 400E when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $2,500.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

9:42 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, Huntington Street, North Webster. Driver: Brady L. Rose, 25, North CR 300E, Leesburg. Rose’s vehicle went off the road and struck a tree. Rose complained of pain in his arm. Damage up to $5,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

9:57 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, East Center Street, west of North Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jian Y. Zhen, 50, Isle View Drive, Winona Lake; and Patricia J. Messmann, 34, North SR 5, Larwill. Zhen’s vehicle rear-ended Messmann’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

8:19 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, South Buffalo Street, south of Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Diego L. Basalo San Miguel, 49, North Columbia Street, Warsaw; and Jeffery A. Burgin, 49, East CR 200N 94, Warsaw. Basalo San Miguel’s vehicle rear-ended Burgin’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, Winona Avenue, east of Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Driver: Jeffrey L. Puckett, 55, South East Trail, Mentone. Puckett’s vehicle struck a deer that entered the roadway. Damage up to $2,500.

1:49 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. A driver left the scene after striking a parked vehicle on the east side of Meijers. Damage up to $1,000.
