Alcohol Board Renews Nine Permits
WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Alcohol and Tobacco Commission renewed nine permits during its meeting on Thursday, Feb. 6.
Permit transfers for Hunters BBQ Restaurant and Catering, Etna Green; and Stonehenge Golf and Country Club, Winona Lake, were both continued to next month’s meeting. The permit transfer for Hunters was continued due to no signage being posted in the storefront regarding a transfer of ownership.
The following permits were renewed during the meeting:
- Oakwood Resort LLC, doing business as Oakwood Resort Event Center, 849 E. Lake View Road, Syracuse. Beer, wine and liquor – catering hall.
- Oakwood Resort LLC, doing business as Oakwood Resort – Hilltop Conference Center, 1111 Conklin Hills Drive, Syracuse. Beer, wine and liquor – catering hall.
- F.C. Horse Inc., doing business as Leesburg Liquors, 406 S. Main St., Leesburg. Beer, wine and liquor – package store.
- Village Pantry LLC, doing business as Village Pantry #5415, 400 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw. Beer and wine dealer – grocery store.
- Walmart Stores East LP, doing business as Walmart #1304, 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – drug store.
- Speedway LLC, doing business as Speedway #6078, 823 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Beer and wine dealer – grocery store.
- American Legion Post #258, P.O. Box 535, Pierceton. Beer, wine and liquor – fraternal club.
- M.L.O. Restaurant Inc., doing business as Ye Olde Pub, 207 W. South St., North Webster. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- Mi Cholulita Tex Mex Cuisine and Cantina LLC, doing business as Mi Cholulita Mexican Grill and Bar, 2604 Sheldon Drive, Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
The board’s next meeting will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 5, in the Kosciusko County courthouse.
