Two From Warsaw Arrested After Providing Marijuana To Minors
WARSAW — Two people from Warsaw face drug charges after providing two minors with marijuana.
Jaclyn Marie Warren and Brandon L. Warren, both of 302 N. Bronson St., Warsaw, are each charged with possession of methamphetamine and neglect of a dependent, both level 6 felonies; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
On March 5, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s officer went to a residence to serve a search warrant regarding drug possession. Police found multiple items used in illegal drug activity throughout the residence. While searching Jaclyn’s bedroom, the officer found 12 meth pipes, five marijuana pipes, two bags containing more than two grams of methamphetamine, and 20 grams of marijuana.
The officer also searched the bedrooms of two children at the residence. While searching, the officer found multiple smoking devices, THC edibles, and other paraphernalia. Both minors admitted that the marijuana paraphernalia belonged to them and if they needed marijuana they get it from Jaclyn or Brandon.
Jaclyn admitted to smoking marijuana and that both minors smoked marijuana. According to Jaclyn, both minors receive their marijuana from Brandon.
Jaclyn has an initial hearing for this case at 8:15 a.m. April 9. Brandon has an initial hearing regarding this case at 8:15 a.m. April 23.
