21 New COVID-19 Cases Reported In Kosciusko County

WARSAW – Kosciusko County Health Department has reported 21 new cases of COVID-19 in the past day, according to information released Friday, June 12.
This gives Kosciusko County a total of 306 positive cases and two deaths.
The health department notes that the graphic provided illustrates the active cases are those that have been diagnosed within the last 21 days. According to Regenstrief Institute, the definition of recovered individuals is “Distinct individuals with a COVID-19 positive test greater than 21 days ago who have not been hospitalized PLUS Distinct patients with COVID-19 positive tests who have been hospitalized and were discharged and have had at least seven days to recover.”
Indiana reported 452 new cases, 16 new deaths and 8,119 new tests.
The state has recorded 39,146 total positive cases and 2,214 deaths. More than 335,000 tests have been reported.
