Margaret Louise Bolhuis Raiman
She was united in marriage to Donald LeRoy Raiman on May 21, 1949, in Roseland , Ill. They enjoyed 66 loving years together.
She moved from Illinois to Kosciusko County in 1991 where she was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Warsaw. She spent many years giving of her artistic talents at St. Paul Lutheran Church and School in Dolton, Ill., being involved in Sunday School and school operettas and plays. She loved living on the lake with all it’s activities and loved gardening in her beautiful yard. But most important, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory are a son, Robert Raiman, Leesburg; daughter, Donna Dommer (Gregory), Hobart; grandson, Timothy Slach (Tracey), Bourbonnais, Ill; great-grandson, Taylor Slach, Bourbonnais, Ill; sister, Pamela Knickrehm, Carol Stream, Ill; nephew, Scott Cimino (Kristen), Libertyville, Ill; niece, Cynthia Stolfe (Brian), Geneva, Ill; and great-nephews and nieces and friends.
Preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Raiman, Leesburg; her parents, William and Adeline Bolhuis, brother,
Kenneth Bolhuis and sister, Betty Bunge
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and most recently great-grandmother who loved family gatherings and spending time together. She was a talented artist and enjoyed passing those talents on to her children.
A memorial service will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church Warsaw, at a later date with Pastor Mike Mueller officiating.
