Kosciusko County
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:
- 9:58 p.m. Sunday, June 21, East CR 200N, east of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Driver: Mark D. Dunn, 65, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Dunn was traveling west on East CR 200N when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $2,500.
- 10:01 p.m. Thursday, June 18, East SR 14, east of South CR 600E, Claypool. Driver: Anita Stump, 60, South Bouse Drive, Silver Lake. Stump was traveling west on East SR 14 when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $2,500.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- 6:51 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 201 E. Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse. Driver: Jayden E. Long, 17, East Greenhaus Drive 27, Syracuse. Long was backing his vehicle when he struck a vinyl fence. Damages under $750.
- 4:26 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 804 S. Huntington St., west of South Sycamore Street, Syracuse. Driver: Jade M. Ritter, 18, CR 50, Ligonier. Ritter was backing her vehicle when she struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damages up to $1,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:
- 1:53 a.m. Sunday, June 21, 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Driver: Earl F. Herron, 17, South CR 350W, Columbia City. Herron was traveling north in a parking lot when he struck a curb. Damages up to $2,500.
