SYRACUSE — Kosciusko County Circuit Court has ordered the Indiana Natural Resources Commission to hold a public hearing and receive evidence on a petition to establish the Turkey Creek Dam and Dike Conservancy District.

The petition was filed under cause number 43C01-1912-MI-00249.

The hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday, July 23, at the Syracuse Community Center, 1013 N. Long Drive.

Attendees may offer written or verbal input regarding the establishment of the district. Written statements may also, prior to the public hearing, be e-mailed to [email protected] or mailed to:
