Dodgers Get Past Brewers, Close Out Title

WARSAW – Once the Dodgers got going, it just kept on going.
The top seed in the minor league division of the Warsaw Little League tournament broke a 2-2 tie and ran away with the championship at Boggs Park.
Gus Wilkinson drew a bases loaded walk to break the tie, then scored when Chris Stenoish tripled him in. Conner Dean later added an RBI single.
Stenoish had three hits and Nicholas Justice added three runs scored in the victory.
The Brewers got its two runs in the bottom of the first on a passed ball, then an RBI single from Hunter Popenfoose, who had two hits for the Brew Crew.
Stenoish and Johnathan Shoue combined to strike out four for the victory for the Dodgers, which finish the season 14-2. The Brewers finish up the season 7-8-1.
