MILFORD — One person suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle collision at SR 15 and CR 900N today, Monday, Aug. 24. The accident was reported at 7:53 a.m.

Juan Galvan-Linon, 40, Goshen, complained of pain and was taken by Lutheran EMS to Goshen Hospital. Rich Krygowski, 53, Warsaw, was not injured.

Police report Galvan-Linon was eastbound on CR 900N and crossing SR 15 when his Chevrolet Silverado struck a northbound Ford F150 truck driven by Krygowski. Galvan-Linon’s vehicle then went off the west side of the roadway, hitting a stop sign, narrowly missing several evergreen trees. Krygowski’s truck continued northbound, crossing the southbound lane of traffic and going off the east side of SR 15.

Milford Fire Department, Lutheran EMS and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.

Rich Krygowski’s Ford F150 sustained heavy damage to the rear of the truck.
