Wawasee 5, Central Noble 0
On their home courts Tuesday night, theĀ Warriors modified their lineup tonight as Central Noble did not have enough players to field either of the two doubles teams. Zeke Keim, who normally plays out of the three hole, moved up to play the number one court, dispatching his opponent four and one. Devon Kuhn came up from his usual two doubles pairing to play at the two singles slot, where he finished one and love. Grant Brooks stepped in to the #3 singles line from his normal one doubles spot and had no problems, not allowing his Cougar foe a single game in a two set whitewash.
Wawasee will continue their hosting of the directional Nobles as the Chargers from West Noble will come to Syracuse on Thursday night.
Tippecanoe Valley 4, Wabash 1
The Vikings had no problem dispatching their guests from Wabash on Tuesday evening, handily winning four of the five matches. Dylan Neese and Owen Kirchenstein were victorious out of the one and two spots, both winning in straight sets. Three singles player Cooper Walls was the only Viking on the short end of the score in the contest, dropping his match love and two.
Annakin Pettit and Ethan Hartman went love love on their opponents on the one doubles line. The Apaches were unable to put a two doubles pairing on the court, instead offering a forfeit to their hosts.
