WARSAW — Terri (Teresa) Brito is joining Homes Land & Lakes Realty, in Warsaw, as a new agent.

Brito is a lifelong resident of Kosciusko County, now living in the Milford area with her family. She grew up on a local farm, as well as on a local lake, with long time family roots dating back at least to the 1800s in Kosciusko County.

She graduated with honors from International Business College and has over 20 years of experience in business for a multi-million dollar company including negotiations, cost accounting, marketing, customer service, sales and production. She has several years of experience working with developers, contractors, government planning and permitting.

Brito enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, church activities, keeping up-to-date on the daily news and gardening.
