Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 1:39 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. A cellphone was found. 
• 9:33 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 2500 block Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Report of suspicious activity. 
• 9:20 a.m. Friday, Sept.18, 3600 block Lake City Highway, Warsaw. A bag containing over-the-counter and prescription medications was found.
• 9:01 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 200 block Main Street, Warsaw. Report of criminal mischief.
• 9:03 p.m. Thursday, Sept.17, 3500 block Commerce Drive, Warsaw. A dumpster fire was reported at Stafford Solid Waste.
• 7:14 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 1000 block Fort Wayne Street. Criminal mischief report.
• 6:06 Thursday, Sept. 17, 1000 block Center Street, Warsaw. Disorderly conduct investigated.
• 3:13 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 200 block Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Failure to report a death.
